Marc Accetta

Marc knows firsthand how powerful training and personal development can be. Growing up shy and insecure, it was through coaching and mentoring that he was able to take his success to the next level. A veteran of the direct sales industry for over 20 years, Marc has been a consistent top-performer at every company he’s joined.

It was in the direct sales industry where he was first exposed to seminars that taught personal growth and development. Early in his career, while earning a six figure salary at National Safety Associates (NSA), he attended seminars with such regularity that he eventually spent more on training than on his college education.

In 2000, Marc founded Leading Edge, Inc. to teach the unique skills he developed specifically for building record breaking direct sales teams and creating a championship life. Additionally, Marc and his dynamic wife Kelly founded the unstoppable Foundation to bring leadership development to children and also sit on the board of directors for the Collin County branch of Big Brother Big Sister.

Marc brings these ideals and techniques to WorldVentures, where he has formed a truly world-class training program to both improve and enrich the corporate team as well as our Independent Representatives.
